On March 28, 2024, Qiaotou Primary School in Houjie Town organized student representatives to participate in a hands-on field trip to "Explore Donble Mattress." The activity aimed to give students an up-close look at the entire mattress production process, enriching their social practice experience and helping them gain a deeper understanding of societal production and labor.

Led by Donble Mattress staff, teachers and students from Qiaotou Primary School stepped into the bustling production workshop. Staff members provided a detailed overview of the various production equipment, processes, and materials, showcasing the practical applications of automated machinery such as automatic spring machines, embroidery machines, quilting machines, and compression roll-packaging units—giving students their first glimpse into how mattresses are made.

During the visit, students actively asked questions, and staff members patiently provided answers. They also conducted live demonstrations to give students a clearer, hands-on understanding of each stage of the mattress production process. While ensuring student safety at all times, the students were even allowed to personally experience the unique features of different products—putting theoretical knowledge into practice through real-world experimentation.

Afterward, the students toured the evolution of mattress manufacturing, witnessing the transformation from entirely handmade production to fully automated processes. Staff members explained to the students the critical importance of innovation and quality—highlighting that a great product relies heavily on the meticulous attention to detail and tireless dedication of skilled craftsmen at every stage of production.

Donble Mattress staff also hosted an interactive session for the students. They shared tips on developing healthy sleep habits and encouraged the students to work hard in their studies, empowering them to unlock even more opportunities for the future. During the Q&A segment, students enthusiastically applied their newfound knowledge, eagerly chiming in with insightful comments—and walked away with exciting prizes!
