Store or Premises Area Requirements
Store requirements: A locally familiar furniture and building materials mall, or a bustling, high-concentration area for furniture retail, ideally located near residential communities, furniture and building materials centers, electronics stores, and other key players in the furniture and building materials commercial district.
Location requirements: Furniture and building materials malls, residential community shops, or concentrated furniture brand districts—candidates must be willing to undergo an on-site inspection by the Dongbao headquarters.
