What kind of mattress is best for people who suffer from insomnia?

As a seasoned "night owl," I’m used to scrolling through my phone in bed—often staying up until 1 a.m. before finally drifting off, only to wake up again at 7 a.m. the next day, relying on coffee to get me through the morning. Unfortunately, this habit has left me stuck in a perpetual state of subhealth: my digestion is poor, I’ve become thin and frail, and I find myself falling sick more often than not.

My family has criticized me many times, and I’ve slowly started trying to go to bed earlier. But how easy is it to change a biological clock that’s been set for so long? Lying in bed, I always feel uncomfortable in my sleeping position, tossing and turning restlessly. Just when I finally start drifting off, it’s already 1 a.m. Only now do I realize that actively staying up late has quietly evolved into passive insomnia.

In the long, sleepless nights, without my phone, I always feel a sense of emptiness. To regain that peaceful feeling of drifting off to sleep, I not only cut out black tea and coffee but also scoured the internet for the perfect latex pillow and weighted blanket—though unfortunately, their effects fell short of my expectations. It turned out the mattress I’d been sleeping on was rather firm, and when lying flat, the natural curve of my lower back would lift unnaturally, creating an uncomfortable, awkward sensation. Switching to my side brought its own challenges, as it ended up pressing against my arm—but honestly, I’d put up with it for far too long! Thankfully, last month, I finally upgraded to a Double Mattress, and now I’m finally getting the restful sleep I deserve.

Originally worried that the new mattress might have an odor, I planned to air it out for a few days. But after unboxing, I barely noticed any strong smell—and ended up falling asleep right away that night. This Donble Mattress features individually pocketed coils, offering a comfortably soft feel overall while providing excellent body contouring. The mattress is layered with latex, high-density foam, and breathable rigid cotton, which not only cradles your body perfectly but also delivers just the right amount of supportive firmness, preventing you from sinking too deeply—creating a balance that’s both cozy and supportive.

Currently sleeping on it for two weeks, and overall, I find the comfort and support perfectly suited to me—definitely a noticeable improvement in sleep quality compared to my previous mattress.
