Donble Mattress partners with Asia-Pacific-Europe Alliance to build a learning organization.

To inspire company employees to engage in self-directed learning and enhance the team's overall competence, on July 19, 2022, Dongguan Wohuang Sleep Products Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Donble Mattress") joined hands with Asia-Pacific-Europe Alliance Business School (hereafter referred to as "Asia-Pacific-Europe Alliance") to jointly build a learning-oriented organization. The kick-off meeting for the "Building a Learning Organization" project was a resounding success!

At the meeting, Mr. Chen Donghai, General Manager of Donble Mattress, delivered a speech. He began by warmly welcoming the Asia-Pacific-Europe Alliance team on behalf of all Donble Mattress employees. He emphasized that today’s society is a learning-oriented one, and that talent is the very foundation of a company’s success. Looking ahead, he noted that competition for top talent will only intensify in the future—and underscored that now is the ideal time for companies to invest in nurturing their workforce. Finally, he shared several key expectations for his team members as they continue their journey of professional growth and development.

Mr. Zhu Zhiqiang, co-founder of the Asia-Pacific-Europe Alliance, delivered a motivational speech on building a learning organization, further highlighting the significance of fostering such an environment and empowering attendees. He emphasized that the Asia-Pacific-Europe Alliance is fully committed to supporting Donble Mattress in its journey toward becoming a learning organization—working together to shape a bright and promising future!

Next up is the grand plaque-awarding ceremony, where APAC Europa League congratulates Donble Mattress on becoming the leading institution of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Shared Training Institute. During the event, Mr. Chen Donghai, appointed as Donble Mattress’s “Chief Learning Officer,” and Mr. He Junquan, serving as the “Learning Committee Member,” were officially honored with their respective titles.

Following this, Ms. Xu Zhongmei, Director of Operations at Asia-Pacific-Europe Business School Alliance, shared insights on "Practical Applications of a Learning Organization." Mr. He Junquan, Executive HR Director of Donble Mattress, took the stage as the learning representative to deliver remarks.

Learning is the essential path to enhancing our team’s overall capabilities and strengthening the company’s competitive edge. Donble Mattress will collaborate with APAC-Europe Business School, using this project as a catalyst to vigorously promote the development of a learning-oriented organization. We’ll inspire all employees to embrace self-directed, lifelong learning, turning learning into a natural, proactive behavior for both individuals and teams—and ultimately fostering a vibrant culture of shared learning across the entire company.
