Get active, and let Dongguan dance! On October 31, 2021, the inaugural "Dongbao Dream" Square Dance Friendship Competition took place at Guanyin Mountain in Zhangmutou Town, Dongguan City. The event was organized by the National Square Dance Professional Committee and Guangdong Yuewu Square Dance, with support from Donble Mattress and Guangdong Guanyinshan National Forest Park, among others.

The crisp autumn breeze carries a refreshing chill, while the sweet fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. In the picturesque Guanyinshan Forest Park, the "Dongbao Dream" square-dance联谊 (friendly competition) event drew enthusiastic participation from numerous dance groups and local residents alike.

On stage, the lead dancer, accompanied by a lively rhythm, moves with graceful steps, channeling the uplifting spirit of the Dongbao Dream song through the power of her body.

Offstage, competing teams from various townships donned a dazzling array of costumes, gracefully dancing to the music and creating a vibrant, eye-catching scene.

The participating dance groups delivered one stunning performance after another, filling the venue with waves of applause and cheers. As the competition drew to a close, everyone lingered, still eager for more, their faces glowing with excitement and joy.

The "Dongbao Dream" Square Dance Friendship Competition invites participants to create diverse dance routines set to the "Dongbao Dream" song, with judges evaluating and rewarding the best adaptations. Additionally, this competition is a charity event—donation boxes for public welfare donations will be available on-site, and Donble Mattress has pledged to donate a batch of bedding products to support the cause.
