On April 24, 2021, the 29th Donble Mattress Customer Appreciation Event was held at Donble Mattress's headquarters in Houjie Town, Dongguan City. New and existing customers of Dongbao gathered at Donble Mattress's Houjie headquarters, marking the start of a delightful tour.

What’s the internal structure of the mattress we usually sleep on? And how is it actually made? With these questions in mind, we’ve arrived at today’s first stop on our tour—the production workshop of Donble Mattress.

As soon as they stepped inside, a small device immediately caught everyone’s attention—it turned out to be used for testing the durability of springs. Springs are the very foundation of a mattress’s supportive structure. At Dongbao, the springs undergo rigorous testing, enduring 80,000 cycles of durability, along with two rounds of high-temperature heat treatment and anti-rust processing, ensuring exceptional resilience and remarkable strength.

Next, we also toured the mattress’s filling materials, edge stitching, and trademark embroidery. Whether a mattress feels soft or firm, breathable or not, and even whether it’s eco-friendly—all depend on its core filling layer. Visitors could see popular options like natural latex, 3D materials, and high-density cotton firsthand, and they enthusiastically picked up the samples themselves to give them a closer look and test their quality.
