1. The mattress features a blended knit fabric with a silky-soft, silk-like feel—smooth, comfortable, skin-friendly, breathable, highly elastic, and resistant to stretching and wear. The fabric layer incorporates a diamond-shaped quilting technique that follows ergonomic principles, ensuring a perfect fit for the body while enhancing the mattress surface's ability to wick away moisture and promote airflow.
2. Superforce cotton, used as the mattress's filling layer, employs eco-friendly foaming technology to enhance comfort, helping to relieve pressure and support spinal health.
3. The mattress features a full-mesh, interconnected spring system made from 2.3mm high-carbon manganese steel springs, offering exceptional stability and significantly extended durability. Each spring undergoes two rounds of high-temperature heat treatment for enhanced strength and rust resistance, followed by an 80,000-cycle durability test—ensuring both health safety and long-lasting performance. Additionally, the springs exhibit excellent elasticity and resilience, providing firm yet supportive comfort to the body. The bed frame’s edges are reinforced with a robust triangular support design, further enhancing structural stability and effectively preventing sagging or collapse.
4. Eco-friendly cotton effectively protects the bed base, evenly distributes pressure, and ensures the entire mattress remains smooth, spacious, and easy to turn—promoting relaxation while supporting the lumbar spine.
