We’ve selected a mint-functional fabric, extracting plant essence from mint to deliver herbal pharmacological benefits, offering anti-mite and anti-mold properties: it inhibits the growth of mold and mites, prevents mildew and color fading, and provides a cool, refreshing sensation with a smooth, soft, and silky feel. Employing a single-needle quilting technique, this fabric is ergonomically designed to better conform to the body, enhancing the mattress’s moisture-wicking and breathability.
3. The 5 cm high-polymer latex uses modified MDI as the main raw material, featuring a more stable molecular structure and enabling rapid odor volatilization. It adopts a new foaming process that replaces the traditional one, contains no added fragrances, and is therefore more environmentally friendly.
4. Superforce cotton perfectly conforms to the contours of the human body and features lightness, comfort, and softness. It adapts to changes in body weight, helping to relieve pressure on the back and promote healthy sleep.
5. Aerobic hard cotton ensures the entire mattress is smooth, spacious, and easy to turn over; it relieves pressure and protects the lumbar spine.
6. It features individually pocketed springs with a wire gauge of 2.4 mm, each wrapped separately in non-woven fabric. The barrel-shaped design prevents the springs from rubbing against each other, thus eliminating lateral swaying or noise. Each spring provides independent support, automatically balancing the body’s center of gravity and perfectly conforming to the natural curves of the human body—making it ergonomically sound. If one person tosses and turns, the springs beneath them will operate independently without affecting the sleeping partner, ensuring that their sleep remains undisturbed.
